A Permanent Change Of Scenery

Kids in a candy store. That’s how we feel in our new space at 1600 Resource Drive. There’s more room to think, to put our brand-building talents to use, to strengthen our team. And every creative, account manager, interactive developer, etc. at blr I further gains a fresh perspective on his or her work.

With all change comes adjustment. After the unpacking of crates and the rebooting of computers, we get back to business in a different environment. And with new energy.

The space itself cost $1.4 million and offers 9,000 square feet throughout two stories. We’re surrounded by the greenery of Meadow Brook Corporate Park. Inside, we’ve got huge windows for natural light (manna for creatives), a sleek interior and open work areas. This is where our tight-knit group will become even tighter. This is our new home.

As the copywriter for blr I further, Brett is the go-to guy for text and proofing. His background in nonprofit marketing and healthcare make him a fit for our culture. He has written for print, outdoor, radio, TV, and web. How much does he love words? Think of it this way: Most people can name their favorite movies. Brett names his favorite screenwriters. Enough said.
